‘When you walk to the edge of all the light you have, and take that first step into the darkness of the unknown, you must believe that one of two things will happen: There will be something solid for you to stand upon, or, you will be taught how to fly.’

Poem by Patrick Overton.

Our experiences in life, if we are paying attention, can often be seen as wake-up calls. Life has a way of tapping us on the shoulder.

Life has a way of tapping us on the shoulder. One thing I do know is that whatever we are facing, it is for our growth. We get to choose whether we dance with our opportunities for growth, or build fortresses to try and keep them out.

In my experience, I have learnt that it’s best to notice what I’m noticing, as I notice it. When I lean into my lessons, I am always met with growth. And when I look back I am thankful for every one of them.

My question to you is, are you ready to lean into growth?

Socrates great quote; “The unexamined life is not worth living”, is taken and presented to you by Di Russell in the most charming way. Your rationality comes to the fore and all the unresolved issues, regrets, and blame, fall away to shed light on the inner you. ‘Thinking Into Results’ changed my view of what a leader should be by putting things in a structured program. Assisted by Di’s explanation, everything becomes so obvious that I wondered why I couldn’t see it before.
